Participating in this Leadership program was very informative, especially hearing the other members perspectives on Leadership. For me personally it was eye-opening, especially on positional leadership, it helped me realized that it is really about the influence you have and how you use it versus the position you hold. Also learning showing empathy as a leader is more effective than just being sympathetic, it allows you support others instead of trying to fix things for them. Overall, I highly recommend this program not only to those looking to learn good leadership strategies, but who wants to lead with impact!

I would like to elaborate on my experience taking this 2-week leadership course as it really puts you in a situation where you can see things about yourself you may not be aware of. To give some context there was an exercise that highlighted some opportunities for self-improvement. In my particular case it was mainly body language and demeanor which I was not aware I was portraying. Although I was surprised and taken back by the realization in my interactions I am thankful for the honest feedback as now I have insight to improve for future interactions with others.

Very great course for anyone and everyone no matter what level of leadership you have as there is always room for improvement.
