Nigel brings over 25 years of hands-on leadership experience across warehousing, logistics and distribution operations.
Starting on the shop floor and progressing through every level into senior leadership, he has led large teams in demanding, fast-paced environments where strong communication, trust and accountability directly impacted performance.
Throughout his career, Nigel became particularly skilled at building teams that could think for themselves, solve problems, take ownership and keep operations moving without everything having to come back through the leader.
His coaching is grounded in that real-world experience, helping leaders create stronger teams, handle difficult people and situations, communicate more effectively and build an environment where people feel trusted, motivated and confident enough to step up and perform at their best.

Amy brings over 25 years of leadership experience across finance, supply chain, operations, manufacturing and retail, including senior roles with Walmart Canada.
Throughout her career, she worked in complex, high-pressure environments where success depended on far more than technical ability. It required the confidence to speak up, communicate clearly with senior leaders, influence across functions and bring people with you through change.
Having experienced her own communication fears and self-doubt earlier in her career, Amy became deeply interested in what helps capable people communicate with greater confidence, clarity and authority.
