We're Nigel and Amy — originally from the UK, now proud to call Ontario home.

Between us, we’ve spent years building corporate careers and leading large teams. And we saw the same pattern everywhere: the people who performed best long-term weren’t always the most “trained.” They were the ones who communicated clearly, stayed steady under pressure, and took ownership without being chased.

We also learned something else the hard way — most development doesn’t stick. People leave a workshop motivated… then real life takes over and habits revert.
